Our Support Services provide customers with access to Support Consultants, who provide advice, tips and suggestions regarding:
  • General product usage
  • Clarification of documentation
  • Bug identification and escalation
  • Use and navigation of graphical user interface
  • Enhancement suggestions
  • Upgrade configuration questions
  • Identification and referral of other LimeWare products and services.
Your current Software Maintenance and Support (SMS) agreement enables you to take full advantage of the benefits described above. Customers who have not renewed their SMS agreement upon the expiration of the current SMS term may be subject to cancellation.
LIMEWARE E-TICKETS
LimeWare's e-tickets system is a convenient, self-service method of requesting support. It takes only a few minutes to complete. Fill in the issue description and click on 'Submit.' The request will be automatically sent to LimeWare's Customer Service Center. We will then contact you to assist you with your support request
